Three hours Norman Rockwell exhibit here Oct. 20 Nov. 7 An exhibit of pencil drawings by Norman Rockwell will hang in the State Historical Museum from Oct. 20 to Nov. 7.

The exhibit is sponsored by the Mississippi Art Association, the State Historical Museum and Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. These drawings were commissioned by the Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. as illustrations for a series of national advertisements used between 1950 and 1964. The Massachusetts Mutual collection, numbering over 70 original Rockwell drawings in all, was accumulated during this period when the company commissioned Rockwell to make the illustrations for the national consumer advertising program. It is believed to be one of the largest collections of Rockwell originals in existance, Lt.
