Frederick Perrin Appleton of Delmar, N.Y. Grandparents of the brideelect are Mrs. John Wynne Bradley of Grenada, and the late Mr. Bradley, and Mr. and Mrs.

William J. Liles of Bruce. The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Karl Theodore Steik of Montclair, N.J., and the late Mr.

and Mrs. Frederick P. Appleton also of Montclair. Miss Margaret Wynne Liles Miss Liles was graduated from Jackson Preparatory School and the University of Texas at Austin. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in advertising design and was a member of the Advertising Club, American Marketing Association, Union Arts Council, and the Pre-law Association.

She was the recipient of awards from the Houston Society of Visual Arts, Tulsa Society of Visual Arts, and the Braun Package Design Contest in New York City. She is an art director with McCann-Erickson Advertising Agency in Chicago, Ill. The future bridegroom was graduated from Bethlehem Central High School in Delmar, N.Y., and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Bowdoin College, Brunswick, and was a member of Beta Theta Pi social fraternity. He is associated with Johnson and Higgins of Illinois as an account executive and is a member of the University Club. Dr.

She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in education from the University of Mississippi where she was a member of the Chi Omega sorority. Miss Gammill attended summer sessions at the University of Hawaii and is a graduate of the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Ga. She presently is associated with Citizens and Southern Realty Investors of Atlanta, as a paralegal. The prospective bridegroom is a graduate of Rose-Hulman University, ANN SANFORD MATTHEWS was among new initiates of Gamma Zeta Chapter of Delta Gamma social sorority at Louisiana State University.

She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert S. Matthews of 6071 Huntview Dr. RESEARCH CLUB The Research Club will meet at 3 p.m.

Ezell of Union, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Clarence McNair, also of Union. Mr. and Mrs.

Hugh H. Young honored the young couple with a reception in their home Sunday, Feb. 18. The honorees greeted the guests with Mrs. Irwin Ezell and their hosts, Mr.

and Mrs. Young. For the occasion the bride wore a long cream-colored dress fashioned with an Empire waist and an overtunic of heavy lace. She wore an arrangement of babies' breath in her hair. The bride's table was covered with a white cutwork tablecloth over a pale blue underlay.

Centering the table was a large silver epergne which held candles and an arrangement of yellow tulips, white iris, yellow and white carnations, daisies and babies' breath. The cake, made by the bride's mother, completed the appointments. The groom's table in the den was draped with a beige crocheted tablecloth with an apricot underlay. The guitarshaped groom's cake was decorated with fresh flowers and frosted grapes. The table was centered with an ar- Mrs.
