The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a floor lenth gown of white eyelet cotton featuring a scooped neck and an empire waist. The skirt was encircled by a wide border of cotton eyelet lace. She wore a spray of babies' breath in her hair and carried a bouquet of lavender roses, white carnations and babies' breath. Large ferns and palm plants flanked the altar for A reception was held at the home of the bride in the graden and patio area. Candlelit lanterns illuminated the walkway to the house, which was decorated with purple mums, white daisies and foliage.

Before the wedding a dinner party was given in honor of the bridal couple and outof-town guests by the bride's parents. Out-of-town guests included Mrs. Walter Montambault, Albert Montambault, Roseann 1 McGill, all from Connecticut; Pat and Lindsey Patterson of New Orleans; Mr. and Mrs. Jack Garber of Florida; Mrs.

Carl Lang and Mrs. Elsie Tullke of Michigan; and Paul Skerry of New Orleans. After a wedding trip, the couple will reside in Jackson. Mrs. Robert Kenton Tullos James, Tullos married in afternoon ceremony Julie Vivian James and Robert Kenton Tullos were married May 22 at Broadmoor Baptist Church.

Dr. David Grant officiated during the afternoon ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald James of Jackson.

Parents of the couple are the Rev. and Mrs. Richard Orr Knott Sr. of Beaumont, Tex. and Mr.

and Mrs. Norman Wyatt of Huntsville, Tex. Both families are formerly of North Jackson. Vows were exchanged before a candlelit altar banked with ferns, greenery and babies' breath. Wedding music was presented by vocalists Mrs.

Patti Walker, Mrs. Jerri De Pingre', and Miss Lori Ray, cousins of the bride, of Minden, La. Mrs. Margo Varro of Beaumont was organist. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a gown of ivory organza.

The bodice of Alencon lace and seed pearls featured a high neckline and the full bishop sleeves. The A-line skirt fell to a long train trimmed with Venice lace. Her cathedral mantilla was edged with Alencon lace and seed pearls. She carried a cascade of white daisies, yellow sweetheart roses and babies' breath. Serving her sister as maid of honor was Miss Cynthia Knott of Beaumont.

Bridesmaids were Mrs. Virginia Knott, sister-in-law of the bride, of Dallas; Miss Melissa Wyatt, sister of the groom, of Jackson; Miss Libby Wyatt, sister of the groom, of Huntsville; and Mrs. Nancy Wyatt, sister-in-law of the They wore off-white blouses fashioned with high necklines and trimmed with lace and tucks over full flowing yellow moire taffeta skirts accented by ruffled hemlines. They carried bouquets of yellow and white daisies and babies' breath. The groom was attended by his father and his brother, Mark Wyatt of Arlington, who served together as best men.

Groomsmen were David Samuelson of Dallas, Dean Smith of Garland, Tex. and Bruce Taylor of Fort Worth. The groom's parents entertained the bridal party and friends with a rehearsal dinner on the night of the rehearsal. John Hood at their Beaumont home. Following the wedding, a reception was held in the church's fellowship hall. Serving were Mrs. Sybil Ray and Mrs. Liz Culverhouse of Minden, La.

Mrs. Margaret Cross of Camden, Mrs. Mae Reynolds of Jackson, Mrs. Jane Moore of Barling, and Mesdames Shirley Bonner, Jeanette Hood and Denise Wolf, all of Beaumont. Tea girls were Misses Sarah Culverhouse and Jill Cross.

After a wedding trip to the Texas Gulf Coast and San Antonio, the couple will reside in Dallas where the bride will continue her studies at the University of Texas-Arlington and the groom is a landscape architect associated with the firm of Myrick, Newman and Dahlberg.
