Mississippi in 1944. Miss Grussaute attended St. Andrew's Episcopal School where she was a varsity cheerleader, received a theater arts award, was an honor roll student, and participated in an International Cultural Exchange program to France. She was a member of the Jackson Symphony League Sub- Debs. She was graduated with honors from Auldern Academy in North Carolina where she was a member of the Leadership Council, Honor Choir, Student Activity Council, varsity tennis and soccer teams, and received a community service award and honors medal.

She also attended the Janice Wyatt Summer Art Institute at Delta State and received an Outstanding Young Artist Award. A sophomore at Mississippi College, she is a history and pre-law major. She is an honor roll student and a Heritage and Leadership scholar. Miss Grussaute is a member of Laguna Social Tribe, Circle Sweetheart, Young Republicans, Campus Ministries, performed in the Mississippi College Follies, and has organized charity benefits on campus. She attends Galloway Memorial United Methodist Church and has served as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity, Mustard Seed, Voice of Calvary, Gateway Rescue Mission, and received a silver merit award from the United Way Youth Program.

She has volunteered for Southern Christian Services for Children and Youth, and was employed as a program assistant this past summer. Miss Henley is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Patton Henley of Madison. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr.

and Mrs. Mark Dalton Freeman of Jackson, and Mr. and Mrs. Harris Brand Henley, and the late Rebecca Williams Henley, all of Hazelhurst. Miss Henley is a graduate of Jackson Preparatory School, where she served as president of the Key Club.

Her honors included Senior Class Service Award of Distinction, Outstanding Community Service Award, and class favorite. Miss Henley was a member of the Jackson Prep cross country team for six years and earned the designation of All State Runner for five consecutive years. As a senior, she served as captain of the cross country team and received the Patriot Award. Miss Henley attended Mississippi State University her freshman year and was a member of Chi Omega social sorority. She is a sophomore at the University of Mississippi where she is pursuing a degree in secondary education.

She is active in Reformed University Fellowship and enjoys a variety of sports. She is a member of Christ United Methodist Church. Miss Hosford is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Eugene Hosford.

She is the granddaughter of Mrs. James Martin Hosford and the late Mr. Hosford of Ash Flat, and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Curtis Fay of Olive Branch, formerly of Memphis.

Miss Hosford was graduated with highest honors from Jackson Academy where she was a National Merit Finalist, a member of the Cum Laude Society, National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, and received the American Legion Award. She was lieutenant of the Jackson Academy Accents dance team, literary editor of Images, treasurer of the Key Club, and a Jackson Academy student ambassador. She was a member of Girl Scout Troop 45 for 12 years and a Jackson Symphony League Sub- Deb. A sophomore at the University of Mississippi, Miss Hosford is enrolled in the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College as a political science major with plans to attend law school. She is the recipient of the National Merit Scholarship, Lucky Day Merit Scholarship, State Farm Corporate Scholarship, on the Chancellor's Honor Roll, a member of Collegiate Scholars, and Delta Gamma sorority.

She is a member of College Republicans and Campus Crusade. She worked as a volunteer at the Blair E. Batson Hospital for Children, Stewpot, and Habitat, and is a member of Meadowbrook Church of Christ. Miss House is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs.

James Robert House III. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Randolph Gully of Louisville, and Dr. and Mrs.

James Robert House of Hattiesburg. Miss House was graduated from Jackson Preparatory School with highest honors. She was a member of the National Honor Society, Cum Laude Society, Junior Classical League, and Mu Alpha Theta. She was on the Pacer dance team and the Jackson Prep tennis team. She was also a member of Young Life, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and the Jackson Symphony League Sub-Debs.

A sophomore at the University of Mississippi, Miss House is a biology major. She is on the Chancellor's Honor Roll, a member of Delta Delta Delta social sorority, Alpha Lambda Delta honor society, and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. She is a member of First Presbyterian Church. Miss Huff is the daughter of Walter William Huff of Chicago and Amanda Brady Cooley of Brookhaven. She is the granddaughter of Dr.

and Mrs. Walter Earl Huff of Monroe, and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Pickens Brady Jr. of Brookhaven.

Miss Huff's mother, Amanda Brady Cooley, was presented by the Debutante Club of Mississippi in 1983. Miss Huff was an honor graduate of Brookhaven High School, where she was a member of the National Honor Society, participated in the Mississippi honors program and Key Club, was elected co-captain of the First Edition forensics team, and received a full scholarship to William Carey College in acting. She was second in the state in humorous interpretation, elected best actress, Book Fair first place, homecoming production solo, homecoming court for three years, soccer letter winner, Ole Brook talent winner, Lions Carnival queen, Beth Finch Award, Junior Miss Scholarship award, second alternate in the Lincoln County Junior Miss program, Miss Southwest Teen and a member of the girls ensemble of First Baptist Church in Brookhaven. She is listed in Who's Who Among American High School Students. A sophomore at the University of Mississippi, Miss Huff is a pre-law student.
